Ydennek Girls Who Lead Foundation offers direct mentoring through our leadership assemblies, one-on-one mentoring, and weekend workshops. Our program includes college and career readiness for girls ages 8 to 18 years old. Starting with our nine month commitment, our mentors provide exceptional mentorship in areas such as character development, leadership skills, academic goal planning, sophistication training, and community service events. We meet at least once quarterly and provide monthly information touch points through text, phone or email with our parents and mentees.  We currently have a College Prep Cohort for High School Seniors, this program will allow seniors one on one mentorship preparation for college applications, college prep testing, college scholarship opportunities and much more.

Ydennek for Girls also collaborates with local schools through our Girl Boss School Tour and our Lunch and Learn program. Through our Girl Boss Tour we promote S.T.E.M. college/ career planning and entrepreneurship.  Our Lunch and Learn program is a part of our "Pinky Promise" campaign, which fights against bullying at school and on social media.
